We have several licensed escrow officers and handle all types of commercial and residential transactions, including purchases, sales, refinances (including home equity and cash out financings), single family home developments and new construction. Most title company offices do not have the background and expertise as we do with attorneys having many years of experience in all types of real estate transactions. We have the in-house capability to deal with most title insurance issues that arise.
