Education

Mr. Reifer received his Bachelors of Arts Degree, with honors, from the University of Texas in 1974. In 1980, he earned is Law Degree from Southwestern University. He earned his Master of Laws in Estate Planning in 1982 from the University of Miami in Miami , Florida.

Mr. Reifer has been admitted to the U.S. Tax Court.

Professional Memberships / Affiliations

Mr. Reifer was admitted to the State Bar of Texas in 1980 and is also a member of the Dallas and American Bar Associations.

Lectures / Professorships

Mr. Reifer has served as an Estate Planning Instructor in the Graduate School of Management at the University of Dallas (January, 1995-), the Professional Development Institute at the University of North Texas (May, 1993-), and the Southeastern Paralegal Institute (June, 1992 - May, 1998). He had also served as an Adjunct Professor at the Southeastern Paralegal Institute, the University of Dallas School of Business and the University of North Texas Professional Development Institute. In 1979, Mr. Reifer served as a Judicial Law Clerk for Judge Jack Swink in the Probate Court of Los Angeles.
