Ms. Moses earned a Bachelors of Arts Degree in Political Science, from Louisiana State University in 1993 and her law degree, from the University of Georgia in 1996.
Ms. Moses was admitted to the State Bar of Louisiana in 1996 and Texas in 2002. She is also admitted to the United States District Courts for Western, Middle, and Eastern Districts of Louisiana and the Northern, Eastern, Western and Southern Districts of Texas.
Ms. Moses practices primarily in the area of bankruptcy, representing corporate entities in reorganization proceedings, but has considerable experience in all aspects of the bankruptcy process representing creditors, creditor committees, trustees, equity interest holders in both corporate reorganization proceedings and consumer liquidation and rehabilitation cases.
As part of her practice, Ms. Moses also has extensive state, federal, and appellate litigation experience both in reorganization and bankruptcy related matters, as well as, general civil matters. Ms Moses also served as a judicial law clerk for the Hon. Brenda Rhoades, United States Bankruptcy Judge for the Eastern District of Texas.
