Mr. Koch co-authored The Surety Obligations and Defenses Under Probate Bonds, which was presented at the Surety Claims Institute Seminar. He is also currently authoring the Texas section in the Fifty State Probate Bond Manual.
Experience
Mr. Koch began his career in law with a firm in San Diego that specialized in construction and surety law. Following his move to Dallas, he continues this concentration with a particular emphasis on miscellaneous bond claims, subrogation, and indemnification. Mr. Koch handles surety matters throughout the state of Texas.
