Legal Experience
Mr. Kinser represents emerging, growing and large businesses and individuals in a broad spectrum of commercial disputes, including contracts, employment, non-compete agreements, fiduciary duty, business torts, fraud, first amendment, defamation, real estate, franchise, intellectual property, software and technology licensing, fair credit, deceptive trade practices and general civil litigation. His practice focuses on the avoidance, management and resolution of disputes across a broad spectrum of industry and business segments, including employers, retailers, service providers, hospitality industry members, health and healthcare service providers, financial services companies, franchisors, cable television, telecommunications, high-speed internet providers, software licensors and licensees, technology companies, manufacturers, real estate investment trusts, television broadcasters and newspaper publications. Mr. Kinser also has an active, wide-ranging mediation and alternative dispute resolution practice as both an advocate and court-appointed neutral.
