Mr. Ginsberg's education includes graduation from St. Mark's School of Texas with honors in 1966 and a Bachelors of Arts degree from Brandeis University in 1970, cum laude. He earned his law degree from the University of Texas in 1973 and in 1974 completed his Masters of Laws (LL.M.) in Taxation from New York University. He was associate editor of the Texas International Law Journal in 1972 and 1973.
Mr. Ginsberg was admitted to the Texas State Bar in 1973, the Georgia State Bar in 1975, and the Colorado State Bar in 1993.
Mr. Ginsberg is member of the Dallas, Colorado and American Bar Associations, the State Bar of Georgia, the State Bar of Texas. He also serves as a member of the Partnership Committee of the Section on Taxation and Real Property.
Mr. Ginsberg employed his expertise as an instructor in Post Graduate Extension Courses at the American College of Bryn Mawr in Pennsylvania from 1976 until 1983.
Mr. Ginsberg has held many and varied positions in the community. He served as director of the Dallas Memorial Center for Holocaust Studies in 1994 and 1995. In 1993 and 1994, he was co-chairman of the Professional Advisory Committee for The Jewish Federation of Greater Dallas. From 1990 through 1993, he served as chairman of the board of directors for the Greater Dallas Youth Orchestra. He is also the founder and has served since 1991 as chairman of the Dallas Inter Soccer Club. Mr. Ginsberg served on the St. Marks School of Texas Alumni Board from 2008 thru 2009, and on the TITAS Board of Directors for 2009.
