Mrs. DePompei received her Bachelors Degree from the University of Wisconsin in 1997. She earned her law degree from Marquette University, cum laude, in 2001.

Civic Involvement
Mrs. DePompei has been involved with the Junior League of Dallas, the Dallas Cotillion Club, the Dallas Metropolitan Ballet and Community Partners of Dallas. Currently, she is involved with the Parish Episcopal School and serves as a director for the Power Squad Booster Club at the Powerhouse School of Dance. She is also involved with the Dallas Children's Theater.
Experience
Mrs. DePompei practices in all areas of federal income tax planning, estate planning and tax controversy. She counsels both domestic and foreign closely-held businesses and individuals on such issues as U.S. and U.K. entity formation, tax planning, business succession planning, IRS disclosure initiatives, FATCA legislation and employee benefits. She also represents clients in IRS audits and appeals.
