Mr. Bingman received his Bachelor of Arts Degree with a major in Philosophy from Our Lady of the Lake University in 1997. He then earned his law degree from The University of Texas School of Law in 2003.

Mr. Bingman's practice focuses primarily on Chapter 11 business bankruptcy cases. His practice is devoted to insolvency, reorganization and related areas, including extensive litigation in the bankruptcy court and other federal courts.
His diverse commercial transactions and restructurings background includes the handling of bankruptcy and insolvency matters for clients (including health care maintenance organizations and Chapter 7 trustees); the representation of clients in a variety secured transactions; the representation of clients in the negotiation of Engineering, Procurement and Construction contracts; energy trading transactions; real estate finance; commercial lending; structured finance and commercial real estate transactions; Commercial Mortgage Backed Securities; and the representation of high profile clients (movie stars and music legends) in a variety of general insolvency, corporate and transactional matters.
